New Entrants

~We have a new #1! While it's certainly better than last week's #1, it's still not good. I do not like the lead singer of Young The Giant's voice, and when he pushes himself into his uppermost register it doesn't help things. The production here is actually pretty good, which is why it's in blue, but I hope this one can not stay at #1.

~Death Cab for Cutie is back after Gold Rush left a few weeks back. I do think that Northern Lights is better than Gold Rush, partially due to the fact that the vocals here are way better. I also love the guitar line on this, and overall the song is quite an enjoyable listen. Let's see if this can do what Gold Rush never could and hit #1.

Northern Blurbs

~In terms of our exits, Baby sucked so losing that one is nice. Lemon To A Knife Fight had grown on me a lot, and it's a shame it never got to hit #1, especially after 6 straight weeks at #2.

~On The 5 dropped quite a bit after a high debut last week. I'd really like it if this song did well here, as it's a great song.

~Much to my continued surprise, Fast Talk is slowly climbing up the chart. Not complaining though.

~Can we let You're Somebody Else fall more than one spot?

~I'm hoping Love It If We Made It doesn't become a thing here.

~I'm hopefully that She's Kerosene can take the #1 spot soon. I'd also be down for My Blood to get a few more weeks at the top.
