~Another data, another song from a random artist debuting at 8 that won't last two weeks on the countdown. There isn't anything special about this song so let's just move right on to a song that I have thoughts on...

~I believe that Mike Shinoda is quite a talented rapper. I've enjoyed his work with Linkin Park in the past. While this doesn't quite his previous solo single, Crossing A Line, its still solid. I like Mike's verses here, but I'm not totally sold on K. Flay's vocals. If he had chosen a better vocalist for the hook, I would probably consider this great. But for now it's good.

Blurb Down

~Monster was forgettable. Nevermind was great but it was an alt-radio hit so by Alt-Nation logic it couldn't do well here.

~Is our new #1 amazing? No, far from it. But I will take it over the terrible You're Somebody Else, which thankfully didn't hold on to the top spot.

~Happier should be doing much better here.

~She's Kerosene made a decent gain this week. Seeing this song at #1 would be nice.

~Lemon To A Knife Fight has been here way too long. It needs to start falling.
